What's the best way to get an accurate serving?

One serving is 30g which is approximately 3 heaped 15ml tablespoons. If you want a more accurate measure, we recommend using kitchen scales. Most tablespoons in your kitchen drawer will be 10ml to 15ml. In Australia, a standard measuring spoon will h
