We're currently trialling Aramex in Australia and it was a surprise to hear many of our customers have had poor experiences with them (hence creating this article!). 

The reason we're trialling them is because shipping is one of our largest expenses and like most things, the cost of shipping has gone up. Aramex often offers competitive rates which helps us keep your shipping costs down, and ours as well which in turn reduces upwards pressure on our product pricing.

Aramex is a franchise model and it seems your experience will depend on your local franchise. If you don't want to use Aramex, please just drop us a note and we'll tag you on our system so we only use Australia Post for your orders.
