How do I cancel my order?Updated 6 months ago

If you've changed your mind and want to cancel your order, please use our start a Live Chat or email us. Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, or if you have a subscription you don't remember purchasing (hey, it happens) don't worry, we'll figure it out.

If you have a subscription / autopay set up you can cancel your order by logging in to your Your Account. Alternatively, you may also start a Live Chat or email us. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message. 

Please note that a subscription offers a discount based on a minimum of two orders - if you're only looking to purchase one time, please select the one time option. If you chose a subscription by mistake, all good, we'll help you figure it out.
