Yes, you can use Chief Meal Shake in simple recipes like smoothies, overnight oats, yoghurt bowls, protein balls, pancakes, muffins and healthy desserts.

Because it contains whey protein, collagen, fibre, cocoa and real food ingredients, it may change texture when heated - especially in baking. For best results, we recommend using it in recipes with enough moisture and avoiding very high heat for long periods. It works best as a nourishing add-in, not a direct 1:1 replacement for flour.

And, you can add it to hot drinks, but we recommend mixing it carefully.

For the smoothest result, first mix 1 serve with a small amount of cold water or milk to make a paste, then slowly add hot water or warm milk while stirring or frothing.

Avoid adding boiling water directly to the powder, as this can affect the texture and make it clump. It’s best enjoyed warm rather than boiling hot.
